About Beoned.

Helping leaders build momentum: by getting the foundations right, getting the right people on the right work, and getting technology to do its share. So you keep moving toward what you came to do.

Why Beoned exists.

The problem is structural. The largest consulting and technology firms know how to do complex, multi-disciplinary work. They have the experience, the depth, and the method. But their model is designed for organisations where an enterprise-scale engagement is commercially viable. Most growing businesses do not meet that threshold, and the few that do often find themselves underserved once the relationship starts.

The firms that fill the gap tend to do it by specialising. One firm handles strategy. Another does technology. A third helps with people and process. The logic is understandable: it is easier to build a firm around a service line than across several. But the client ends up coordinating between firms that do not speak quite the same language, absorbing the overhead, and managing the risk that nothing actually connects.

Beoned was built to work differently. Not by growing large, but by staying integrated: the thinking and the doing and the accountability for the result held together in the same engagement, by the same people, rather than handed between firms.

What we do differently.

We stay in the room from start to finish. There is no planning phase that hands off to a delivery team, and no delivery team that hands off to a review. The people who help you decide what to do are the people who deliver it and are accountable for whether it works. This matters because most of the real work in a complex engagement happens in the space between the decision and the result, and most firms are not designed to operate there.

Our advice is independent. We do not resell licences, take vendor commissions, or hold platform relationships that could shape what we recommend. When we suggest a technology, an approach, or a partner, it is because we have chosen it for this situation under this set of constraints. Our advice is worth what it is worth because nobody else is paying for it.

We build, not only advise. Beoned develops and owns software products. Not because it diversifies the business, but because building keeps the advisory work honest. A firm that advises on AI, automation, or product without having done any of that work in production is advising from the outside. We build from the inside, which changes how we advise.

AI and data sit at the centre of more of our current work than any other part of the technology landscape. Where they belong in an engagement, we apply them with the same discipline we apply to everything else. Where they do not, we say so.

A few words from our founder.

Wayne Speechly, founder and CEO of Beoned

Beoned was founded by Wayne Speechly, its CEO. Wayne has spent two decades leading transformation work in financial services, manufacturing, and consumer-facing businesses, including organisations operating across multiple geographies and managing data pipelines across nearly 100 markets. His focus is at the intersection of AI, data, and how businesses actually run. Beoned was built on the conviction that this kind of integrated, rigorous work should be available to growing businesses, not only to the organisations the largest firms choose to serve.

When you work with Beoned, you work with the people running your engagement. There is no translation layer, no junior team executing a senior team's plan in the background. The person you meet is the person accountable for the result.

Where an engagement requires specific depth, we bring in senior specialists from an extended network: people with deep domain experience in financial services regulation, go-to-market design, data architecture, or AI deployment. They work within the engagement rather than alongside it.

The products we build.

Beoned develops and owns three software products. Each was built because the problem was real, the right solution did not exist, and building it made the advisory work better.

Raspond automates the heaviest parts of RFP response for bid, sales, and commercial teams in businesses. It exists because capable business development teams consume too much time on work that should not require it.

Surtn is a compliance assistant for South African motor dealerships. It handles FAIS and FICA questions in plain English, returns grounded answers, and logs every exchange automatically. It exists because compliance in regulated industries is one of the better-defined applications of disciplined AI.

NextCalm helps individuals manage their most important personal information securely and with intelligent organisation. It is the consumer-facing product in the portfolio, built with the same security and AI discipline Beoned applies to its work with all clients.

Finding out if this is the right fit.

You have a lot to deliver and not enough time to deliver it. The most useful starting point is a direct conversation: what you are working on, where the friction is, and where we can help you move faster.
