What we collect.
When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), your role (if provided), the message you write, and how you heard about us (if provided). We do not collect any other information through this site. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run analytics that identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it.
We use the information you provide to read and reply to your message, and to have any further conversations that follow from it. We do not use it for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share it with anyone outside Beoned, with two exceptions: our email infrastructure provider (used to send and receive email) and any professional advisers we are required to share information with under law.
How long we keep it.
We retain contact form submissions for up to twelve months from the last meaningful exchange. After that, we either delete the data or anonymise it for our own internal purposes. If you would prefer us to delete your information sooner, you can request that at any time and we will action it within thirty days.
Your rights.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if inaccurate, request that we delete it, restrict how we use it, object to its use, and request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@beoned.com. We will respond within thirty days.
Where your data is held.
We use email infrastructure provided by reputable third-party services within the UK or European Economic Area. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Security.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. This includes encrypted email transmission, access controls on our systems, and ongoing review of our security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with appropriate care.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first at info@beoned.com so we can address it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection. Their website is ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always applies, and the date of the most recent update is shown below.
